2016 MLB Draft Early Preview

Blake Rutherford replace Riley Pint in the top spot among Hs players and overall for me. It's still way to early and almost anyone in the top five of either The preparers or the collegians depending on organizational need. It is the Phillies and they seem to lean towards the higher ceiling HS'ers. But again, way to early he says as he hits the send button.
