Hunter Cole stands out on the hitting side. We sure could use a Hunter in the lineup right now at the major league level. Maybe Rent-a-Hunter? Nah, too soon. Christian Arroyo seems to be settling in nicely. A lot of traffic in the .700-.750 OPS space, which is not real, real good for prospects. Oh look, Rafael Rodriguez is still in the organization.
On the pitching side, JAKE PEAVY sighting (snicker). And Tommy Hanson? Good grief, pick on someone your own size, would you? Tyler Beede looking good at 4.0+ K/BB ratio.
Keury Mella, Chase Johnson and Nick Vander Tuig doing some nice work. None of these guys is expected to perform for the big club before 2016 at the earliest and that may go for Jake Peavy as well.
Martin Agosta and Luis Ysla are just Yuck!! Not good.
