OK, I'm not going to start the Redskin QB controversy just yet, but Kirk Cousins did well in his debut. That uniform looks hideous though.
from the Washington Times:
Kirk Cousins says RG3 "appears to be doing well" - Washington Times:
"Griffin was injured while scrambling in the third quarter of Washington's 24-17 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Cousins was 5-of-9 passing for 111 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in relief."

I can't believe as a Giant fan, I now have to root for a Jets QB, an Eagle QB and now a Redskins QB.
Except of course when they play the Giants, in which case I hope his stats are as hideous as that uniform.
At least I can still hope the Giants bounce Tony Romo around twice a year. That will never get old.
I would never root for an opponent to get hurt, so it's difficult to imagine what was going through those KC-knuckle-headed fans minds cheering their own QB getting hurt.
But that is the slippery slope the culture of sports has gone down in regard to civility and sportsmanship.
Now you know why I moan about it so much. Fans are taking this stuff way too seriously and acting the fool way too often.
Some of these ESPN types were asking "What kind of example does this set for your kids" but I can tell you they do the same or worse at their kids games, some of them.
They just do not know any better. They think it's how they are supposed to act as fans. And for the most part, they just don't think before they act.
